Instructions for measuring cable connection to CLM 431

Note:

The screen can also be connected
to the screen terminal on the
terminal block.

Loosen fastening screws and pull off
connection hood.

Loosen connection hood Pg cable gland and
thread cable through.

Connect cable ends according to terminal
assignment diagram (figure 3.14).

Replace connection hood and tighten
fastening screws.

Connect the screen following sequence a to c.

Pull the cable through until the Pg cable gland can
grasp the cable insulation. Tighten the Pg cable
gland.
