Retrieval Checklist
The following checklist may be used as a guideline of the operational procedure, as it indicates all the
steps performed during the task. This checklist is NOT to be filled by the service technicians. It is rather
a template for whomever wants to witness the task and to create awareness of all steps performed.

any pitting or uneven surface is noticed Do Not Proceed. Fitting will
need to be replaced.
