NOTE!
Place a trivet or some other protection underneath the slow cooker before
placing it on a table or worktop.
1. Prepare all the ingredients as directed in the recipe.
2. Place the ingredients in the cooking pot. For best results, the slow cooker should be
at least half full. When cooking soups or roasts, leave around two inches between the
ingredients and the top of the cooking pot, so that the food can come to a simmer.
NOTE!
Add the vegetables to the pot first if you intend to cook meat and vegetables
together. Then add the meat and other ingredients.
NOTE!
When cooking on a HIGH setting, check cooking progress occasionally, as
some soups may start to boil.Remember that lifting the lid frequently during cooking
will increase the cooking time.
WARNING!
The cooking pot CANNOT withstand sudden changes in temperature.
Do NOT add cold meat to a hot stew. Pour in a little hot liquid before you add frozen
ingredients.
3. Place the tempered glass lid on the cooking pot.
4. Plug the slow cooker into the wall socket. Press the mode button to set the slow
cooker.
