Control system transformer T10

The control system transformer is used to provide the voltage feed for the
CPU board, I/O boards and display board.
The transformer supplies 12 V on its secondary side, and can be adapted to
suit any of four different primary voltages by moving a bridge.
The transformer should normally be connected for a primary voltage of 20 V.
Adaptation for different power supply voltages takes place at transformer T1.
