Connect the pipes to the refrigerant nipples on the indoor unit by screwing the nuts with
appropriate torque. When installing, make sure that the pipes are properly leveled to avoid damage. If
the torque is insufficient, there will be a refrigerant leak. It is advisable to use a torque wrench, in this
case, use the data in the table:
6,35 mm (1/4")
Approximately 150-200 kgcm (15-20 Nm)
9,52 mm (3/4")
Approximately 350-400 kgcm (35-40 Nm)

Remove the protective plastic cover from the outdoor unit. Connect the pipes to the nipples by the
same method as described for the indoor unit

It is necessary to remove the air from the inside of the system using a vacuum pump. Connections
and manometers must be adapted to R134A. Make sure the vacuum pump is in good working order.
