Remove the protection nuts of the refrigerant nipples on the indoor unit (make sure there are no
dirt and moisture);
c)
Cut the pipes longitudinally with a suitable tool, avoiding the formation of a seam and damages.
The cut must be perpendicular to the axis of the pipe (Fig. 5);

Remove the seam and other dirt (if any) to avoid getting into the system;
e)
Place the insulation on the pipes as first closing their openings in order to prevent any
contamination getting inside them;
f)
Place the brass nuts on the pipes in the correct direction and make cones on both sides of the
pipes with the appropriate shape and size with a suitable tool

g)
Put together the two pipes with the insulation and the power supply and communication cable in a
bundle and securely wrap it with a PVC strip with UV protection .
