7-4. Software operation
When this software is started, the main screen is displayed. There are 4 tabs,
Measurement, Display, Save, and Irr vs Parm; clicking on the tabs will change the
screen display. The Measurement tab is displayed as default in the start.

Irr vs Parm Graph displaying daily trends of solar irradiance and
parameters
1) Measure window
Starting the software, the window starts with the Measure tab on top.
The Measure tab functions are the measurement and each setup functions.
Each button function is described below.
Always on Top : This window is always on top.
Save Data : Save measurement data while this box is checked .
Load : Loading the stored data from MP-170 to PC
Stopping , Waiting and Measuring : Measurement status indicator
Start : Start measuring
Stop : Stop automatic measuring
General : Measurement condition settings
Parameters : PV device parameters settings
Ref. Solar Irradiance : Pyranometer/Ref. Cell settings
PV Device Temp. : Thermocouple temperature sensor settings
Load Parameter File : Load existing parameter file
Save Parameter File : Save created parameter file
