* NOTE *
Schedule is valid only for the day measurement is
started. It is not effective for the next day.
Select “YES” to start if starting the automatic
measurement. Select “NO” to cancel.
*Setup of the voltage and current range on the automatic measurement requires a close
attention. When measurement is taken with “AUTO MEASUREMENT”, the first
measurement is taken at the Maximum range, and from the second time, the
measurements are taken at the range values automatically determined from the first
measurement. Thus if the weather changes suddenly, there will be a possibility that the
range determined from the first measurement may not become appropriate. When the
maximum value of the PV device is already known, taking measurements with fixed range
is recommended as much as possible.
*Long period of AUTO MEASUREMENT cannot be performed (limited up to 1 day).
IV curve of each measurement is displayed
on the LCD.
* NOTE *
MP-170 sets an appropriate range after pre-measurement in auto
measurement mode. It takes longer time than manual
measurement.
When weather condition changes while measurement, a range from
pre-measurement will be inappropriate for current measurement.
In this case, use manual range.
