USE AND MAINTENANCE OF THE VACUUM / SHREDDER VERSION
UTILIZACIÓN Y MANTENIMIENTO DE LA MÁQUINA
EN VERSIÓN ASPIRADOR / TRITURADOR
The vacuum is designed to be held in
both hands, with the right hand on the
control grip and the left hand on the grip
on the housing (Fig.50).
Sling the collection bag over the left
shoulder and insert the right arm. The
collection bag must always be fitted
when the machine is used as a vacuum.
The large diameter of the vacuum tube
allows large pieces to be sucked up (e.g.
large leaves, pieces of card and bark).
Take care
not to vacuum large objects
that could obstruct or damage the impel-
ler blades (F, Fig.51).
Take care
when vacuuming
wet leaves
,
as these could clog the impeller.
Take care
not to block the vacuum tube
as this could result in over-revving and
damage the engine.
WARNING –
Do not use the va-
cuum for inflammable liquids or
toxic substances (e.g. fuel) or even
materials that are impregnated with
such substances. This could cause
fatal burns or explosion!
MAINTENANCE
IMPELLER HOUSING –
Periodically
clean the inside of the impeller housing
(H, Fig.52) to remove dirt and debris that
could otherwise impair the performance
of the machine.
IMPELLER –
Check that the blades (F,
Fig.51) are clean and undamaged to pre-
vent reduced air flow and increased vi-
bration. If the impeller blades are dama-
ged, contact your
authorised service
centre
immediately.
COLLECTION BAG -
Must be washed
periodically to maintain good suction and
filling
.

El aspirador se utiliza con ambas manos;
con la derecha se agarra la empuñadura
de mando y con la izquierda, la empuña-
dura del cárter (Fig. 50).
Cuélguese la correa de la bolsa del
hombro izquierdo e introduzca en ella el
brazo derecho. Durante el funcionamien-
to en aspiración, el equipo debe utilizar-
se siempre con la bolsa contenedora
montada.
El gran diámetro del tubo permite aspirar
incluso objetos de tamaño considerable
(hojas grandes, trozos de cartón o de
corteza).
Atención:
no aspire objetos volumino-
sos que puedan dañar las aletas del ro-
tor (F, Fig. 51) o bloquear este dispositi-
vo.
Atención:
las hojas
mojadas
pueden
atascar el rotor.
Atención:
no deje que se obstruya el tu-
bo aspirador, ya que el motor podría
dañarse a causa de la excesiva veloci-
dad.
ATENCIÓN -
No aspire nunca lí-
quidos inflamables o sustancias
tóxicas (por ejemplo, combustible)
y tampoco materiales impregnados
en ellos. ¡Pueden causar
quema-
duras mortales por fuego o ex-
plosión!
MANTENIMIENTO
CARACOL -
Limpie periódicamente el
interior del caracol (H, Fig. 52); la sucie-
dad y los residuos pueden comprometer
el rendimiento de la máquina.
ROTOR -
Compruebe que las aletas (F,
Fig. 51) estén limpias y sanas, de lo con-
trario disminuirá el flujo de aire y aumen-
tarán las vibraciones. En caso de nece-
sidad, acuda de inmediato a un
taller
autorizado
.
BOLSA CONTENEDORA -
Lávela pe-
riódicamente para asegurar una buena
aspiración y un llenado correcto
.
