Keyboard Lock
Press the “+” and “-“ buttons simultaneously to lock or unlock the remote’s keyboard. If the
remote control is locked, the Lock icon
will be displayed. Press any button, and the Lock icon
will blink three (3) times.
Swing Up and Down
1. Hold the
“Swing Up and Down”
button for more than two (2) seconds, and the louvers will
swing up and down until you release the button. Once you release the Swing Up and Down
button, the louvers will immediately stop swinging, and stay in the position you stop them in.
2. When the unit is in Swing Up and Down mode and the status is switched from OFF to the
“
”
setting, you can press this button again two (2) seconds later to switch
the “
” setting back to
OFF immediately. If you press the
“Swing Up and Down” button again within two (2) seconds,
you can select the up and down swing from the cycle of setting choices described
in the “
Button” section above.
Swing Left and Right
1. Hold the
“Swing Left and Right”
button for more than two (2) seconds, and the louvers will
swing left and right until you release the button. Once you release the Swing Left and Right
button, the louvers will immediately stop swinging, and stay in the position you stop them in.
2. When the unit is in Swing Left and Ri
ght mode and the status is switched from OFF to the “
”
setting, you can press this button again two (2) seconds later to switch
the “
” setting back to
OFF immediately. If you press the
“Swing Left and Right’” button again within two (2) seconds,
you can select the left and right swing from the cycle of setting choices described
in the “
Button” section above.
Switching Between Fahrenheit and Celsius
While the unit is powered off, press the “MODE” and “-“ buttons simultaneously to switch between
°C and °F.
Energy Saving Function
While the unit is in COOL mode, press the “TEMP” and “CLOCK” buttons simultaneously to initiate
the Energy Saving function. The remote’s LCD will display the Energy Saving “SE” symbol. Repeat
these steps to quit the Energy Saving function.
Vacation Mode
When Vacation Mode is activated, the unit will maintain a set temperature of 46° F to prevent
freezing in the operating environment. Vacation mode can be activated when the unit is operating
in Heat mode. To activate, p
ress the “TEMP” and “CLOCK” buttons simultaneously. The remote’s
LCD will display the Vacation Mode symbol
and a selected temperature of 46° F (8° C). Repeat
these steps to disable the Vacation Mode setting.
