Pipe Expanding Method
1. Cut the Pipe.
Confirm the desired pipe length based on the distance between the indoor unit and the
outdoor unit.
Cut the pipe to the required length with a pipe cutter.
2. Remove the burrs.
Use a shaper to remove the burrs from the pipe. Prevent the burrs from getting inside of the
pipe.
3. Attach a suitable insulating pipe.
Note: Improper pipe expanding is the main cause of refrigerant leakage. Please expand the pipe
in accordance with the following steps.
