Sleep 3
The Sleep 3 function allows you to set your own sleep temperature schedule.
1.
Under Sleep 3 mode, hold the “Turbo” button on the remote to enter the setting phase of
Sleep 3 mode
. The time setting of the remote’s display will show 1 hour, and the
temperature display will blink at 88.
2. To set the temperature you want the unit to change to after one (1)
hour, use the “+” and
“-“ buttons to adjust the temperature, and press the turbo button to confirm when you
reach the temperature you desire.
3. Once you set the temperature for the first hour of the sleep schedule, the 1 hour timer
reading will automatically increase to 2 hours, and the temperature setting will again blink
at “88” until you adjust it to the temperature setting you desire the unit to change to 2
hours after Sleep 3 mode begins.
4. Repeat these steps until you have 8 hours of temperature settings saved to complete your
individual sleep temperature schedule
. Once you are done, the remote’s LCD will display
the original timer display as well as the initial set temperature.
If you wish to review the temperature schedule you set without making changes, you can hold
the “Turbo” button in order to enter the Sleep 3 setting phase to view the temperature
schedule. To exit, press the Turbo button again.
Descriptions of Special Functions
X-FAN Function
This function continues to dry accumulated moisture on the evaporator of the indoor unit after the
unit is turned off, in order to prevent mold.
1. When the X-FAN function is on: After turning the unit off by pressing the ON / OFF button, the
indoor fan will continue running for about two (2) minutes at low speed. If you wish to turn the
indoor fan off during this period, press the X-Fan button to stop the indoor fan directly.
2. When the X-FAN function is off: Once you turn the unit off by pressing the ON / OFF button,
the unit will completely stop running immediately.
AUTO RUN
When AUTO RUN mode is selected, the setting temperature will not be displayed on the LCD. The
unit will automatically select a suitable, comfortable set temperature and running method based on
the ambient temperature.
Auto Turbo Function
When this feature is initiated, the unit will run at a super-high fan speed to cool or heat the area
quickly so that the ambient temperature approaches the set temperature as soon as possible.
Note: When your remote enters the presetting stage for Sleep 3 individual sleep temperature
schedule formation, this stage will automatically cancel if you do not press any button for 10
seconds. Similarly, you can also cancel this presetting stage by pressing the “ON/OFF,” “Mode,”
“Timer,” or “Sleep” buttons.
