2. Place the sausages on the grill rollers after about
10 minutes preheating according to page 62 of the
manual.
3. After grilling the sausages for about 20 minutes, put
the buns on the plate with the sliced side down and
toast about 2–3 minutes on each side.
* When using butter, spread the inside of the buns
with melted butter.
4. Serve with a condiment and side dish according to
taste.

Mussels with herb butter
Butter makes this meal richer and more luxurious, but if you
want a lighter meal, you can replace it with extra virgin olive

1. In a bowl, blend the lemon juice with salt and pepper.
Gradually stir in the olive oil. Put the mussels in a bowl
and toss with the mixture. Cover the bowl with a lid
and allow it to marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
2. About 10 minutes before finishing marinating, preheat
the multifunctional grill ECG SG 160 to High.
3. Thread mussels, alternating with wedges of lemon on 4
of the supplied skewers, start with a lemon wedge. On
one skewer should be 4 pieces of lemon and 3 mussels.
Fit the skewers in the grill, according to page 62 of the
manual.
4. Bake about 20 minutes until the mussels are opaque.
5. While grilling mussels, put butter, parsley and lemon
peel in the food chopper ECG SP 366. Process until
perfectly blended and set aside.
6. Before serving, put the mussels on a tray and add the
lemon herb butter. You can also melt the butter and
serve as a dip, or drizzle it on top of the mussels.

1. Preheat the multifunctional grill ECG SG 160 with the
grilling plate to Medium.
2. While the grill is preheating, stir together butter and
dill. Brush the corn with the dill butter from all sides.
3. After preheating about 10 minutes, place the corn cobs
on the grill. Turn the cobs every minute so that it is
brown on all sides in 4 to 5 minutes. Serve immediately.

1. Preheat the multifunctional grill ECG SG 160 High.
2. While the grill is preheating, prepare the potatoes.
Put the rosemary into the ECG SP 366 Food Chopper.
Start it a few times, then add garlic and continue. In a
large bowl mix the potatoes with oil. Add more garlic,
rosemary and salt.
3. Thread the potatoes in regular intervals on the
6 supplied skewers. Fit the skewers in the grill,
according to page 62 of the manual.
4. Grill the potatoes until the are crisp and partially
browned, about 25 minutes.
5. Serve hot, or at room temperature.
