For 2-pole and 3-pole circuit breakers (120-250A):
•
Replace the 1-pole live terminal insulators with a 2-pole or 3-pole
insulator as required.
•
Fit a 2-pole or 3-pole cable connection plate (vertical or horizontal)
to the circuit breaker terminals and common bar.
Step 3 - Install and terminate cables

Select cable sizes to suit the circuit breaker ratings (refer to following
table). Cable insulation must be minimum 90ºC (194ºF) rated.

Route the cables to the CPS.

Terminate the cables with the required crimp lugs (refer to the
following table).
