DCM2000 Distribution Modules

Front cover (hinged, screw-fixed).

Circuit breaker cover.

Up to 20 circuit breakers (dependent on ratings).
Space required between some circuit breakers.

Live cable connection plates (shown for vertical
cable entry*, horizontal also available) single,
double or triple to suit circuit breakers.

Live terminal insulators (1-pole, 2-pole or 3-pole
to suit circuit breakers).
&
Common bar, horizontal or vertical mounting.
*The circuit breaker assembly can be set back to allow vertical cable access when multiple
DCM2000 modules are mounted in the same cabinet.
Step 1 - Access circuit breakers

Open the hinged front cover.

Undo and remove the circuit breaker cover.

If necessary, remove cabinet side panels for rear/top access.

To remove an existing circuit breaker (if required), pull out.
Step 2 - Fit circuit breakers (if required)
Ignore this Step if the circuit breakers are already fitted.

Plug in circuit breakers.

Use only UL Listed DIVQ circuit breakers. See Spare Parts on page
for part numbers. Pay particular attention to the derating factors.

Check the circuit breakers are the correct way up. The circuit
breaker cover will not fit if the circuit breakers are upside down.
•
For circuit breakers rated 100A or greater, leave an empty position
either side of the circuit breaker to meet temperature ratings.
