5.5.7 Install Wire Duct (Optional)
1.
For a clean installation it is recommended to route cables efficiently using wire duct.
2.
Wire duct can also help reduce the adverse effects of noise on the measurements.
3.
Mount wire duct along all areas that Sensing Cables will be laid out.
4.
Be mindful of how the wire duct may affect future battery replacement.

5.5.8 Route Sensing Cables to Clamp Connections
At this point the Molex connector end of each cable harness should be secured at each Module but not
yet connected.
The colored wires from each harness can now be routed to each clamp that they will connect to. Follow
the provided Cable Map closely for this step as it indicates exactly what clamp each colored wire from
each cable harness needs to be connected to.
1. Route all Voltage Sensing (Vs)
Wires
past each clamp (I.e.
Gray

Clamp 1,
Green
à
Clamp 2,
Blue
à
Clamp 3,
Orange
à
Clamp 4,
Brown
+
Gray
à
Clamp 5)
2. Route all Current Sensing (Is)
Wires
past each clamp (I.e. for 2V cells:
Red

Clamp 1,
Black+
Red

Clamp 5).
3. Route all Temp. Sensing Wires
to the negative post of the cell the senor is labeled for.
