1.Make sure that gas is supplied through the gas supply
system, e.g. by checking if other has appliances are
working.
2.Keep touching LOCK sensor for at least 5 seconds
3.Try to start up the hob using any heating power sensor
three times.
4.If G letter is still displayed (assuming that gas is
supplied)
close the gas valve and call service center

User fault
F letter constantly on
Continuous 1 sec. beep
1.Switch off power supply for at least 20 seconds.
2.Check if the control panel on the ceramic hob is clean and if it is not covered by a pot or dirt.
3.Clean it.
4.Switch on power supply.
5.If F letter is still displayed,
close the gas valve and call service center.
