GETTING TO KNOW YOUR GCH 5.01.SD/2 HOB
Intended use
The ceramic gas hob GCH 5.01.SD/2 is the latest generation of gas cooking appliances, manufactured in
“gas under glass” technology, indented for fitting in the worktop of a single kitchen cupboard or in a combined
worktop.
It is indented for cooking, frying and heating up food only.
The latest solutions, patented by DYNAXO and used in GCH 5.01.SD/2 hob, ensure comfort of operation and
meet the highest safety standards set forth in the European Safety Standards.
Construction of the hob
GCH 5.01.SD/2 ceramic gas hob is equipped with 2 innovatory and patented gas rings (infrared generators)
provided with flame starting up system and gas burning controls. To ensure the highest safety and comfort of
cooking, the gas rings are controlled by electronic control panel incorporated into the hob.
The gas rings are covered by ceramic glass (vitro-ceramics), with two round cooking zones identified over the
area of direct ring operation. The hob is controlled with a control panel located in a safe hob area, using touch
sensors. Changed cooking zones settings are displayed on a LED display. The wiring system of GCH
5.01.SD/2 ceramic gas hob is made as a safe/low voltage system (12 V DC). To ensure proper functioning the
hob must be supplied with 12 V DC. Improper power supply or wrong connection of the hob polarity is
unacceptable and may cause malfunction and damage.
