USER AND PASSWORDS
8.2 USER ACCOUNT SETTINGS
The User accounts settings are applicable to all users. These should be configured before users are
created.
Open the
SYSTEM SETTINGS
screen.
Touch
-
on, or select a parameter and a data entry screen will open (Fig 8.1).
Enter the required values via a keyboard or the increment / decrement controls (as described in Fig
8.1) and press
ENTER
to save (or
CANCEL
to abandon).

Specifies the number of days a password is valid before
the user is required to generate a new one.
Specifies the number of number of times an incorrect
password may be entered before the user account is
disabled.
Specifies the minimum number of characters a password
must comprise.
The
START TEST
button an be made password exempt,
to do so uncheck the box (Appears white).
