8.7 RETIRING A USER

If a user ceases to be associated with the system is possible to retire them. Their Username will be

removed from the log

in drop

down. The User Name cannot be re

issued. The audit data associated

with the retired user will be retained. To retire a User:

Open the

USER ACCOUNTS

screen.

Select the

USER NAME

from the dropdown menu to display their details.

RETIRE USER

button.
