SYSTEM CALIBRATION
12.4 CALIBRATION SETTINGS
It is possible to view the calibration settings for the load
-
cells and vacuum sensor. The displayed
values should correspond to those stated in Sections 5.3.1 and 5.3.2. If they seem to be substantially
at variance, contact Dynascan for advice.
To check if the calibration settings are reasonable (for confidence) enter the
SYSTEM SETTING
screen and press either
VACUUM CALIBRATION
or
LOAD CELL CALIBRATION
. When the check is
complete press
CANCEL
. This will ensure not changes can take place.
LOADCELL CALIBRATION

Select the
Load Cell
to be checked. When
there is no load applied to sensor platform the
Sensor Voltage
and
Force Value
readings
should be very similar to those stated in
Section 5.3.1. If they are not, contact
Dynascan for advice.
If the
Use Adjusted Calibration
box is set
GREEN
, check that it was set in this state on
purpose. Consult Section 5.3.1 or a service
report that overrides this and confirms a
change.

VACUUM CALIBRATION

system the
Sensor Voltage

Vacuum Value
