This parameter is specifiable within a range of 190 to 1100 nm in increments of
0.1 nm.
Stop WL (nm)
Stop Wavelength for wavelength scanning operation. Enter a short wavelength
value of the measurement wavelength range.
This parameter is specifiable within a range of 190 to 1100 nm in increments of
0.1 nm.
Note: 1. The minimum scan width is 10 nm.
2. The data read interval varies depending on the wavelength range.
