2. DHCP Client:
If you are connecting through a
Dynamic IP Address
or
DHCP
Client:
A. Once DHCP Client is set, your ISP will automatically and dynamically assign
the
IP Address
and other settings for your router.
B.
Keep the
DHCP Client Domain Name
and
DHCP Client Host Name
blank.
C.
Encapsulation:
Select the encapsulation type.
The
ISP will provide the
encapsulation type.
D.
VPI:
Enter in the VPI. The ISP defines this also. The default should be 0.
E.
VCI:
Enter in the VCI. The ISP defines this also. The default should be 100.
F. Click
Save & Restart
to save the settings.
