When using "M-Toy", confirm the safety of
surroundings, hold the FOMA terminal securely and
do not swing it around more than necessary.
Use "M-Toy" to operate by tilting or swinging the
FOMA terminal. The FOMA terminal may hit people
or objects, if shaken or swung too much, and may
cause a serious accident or damage, etc.

If using "M-Toy" with the FOMA terminal to which
metallic straps or others are attached, be careful
not to hit people or objects with the straps.
Bodily injury or damage to the FOMA terminal or
other property may result.

If the display is broken and the LCD liquid leaks, do
not put the liquid into your mouth, inhale the liquid,
or apply the liquid to your skin.
If the LCD liquid gets into your eyes or mouth,
immediately flush with clean water and seek
emergency medical advice.
Also, if the liquid gets on your skin or clothes,
immediately wipe it off with alcohol and wash with
soap and water.
Failure to do so may cause blindness or injury to
your skin.

Do not put the FOMA terminal speaker next to your
ear when the ring tone is sounding or a melody is
being played on the terminal.
Hearing loss may result.

The surface of the display is covered with a
protective film for securing the safety (for
preventing the plastic panel from shattering) in
case of the damage caused by a drop, impact, etc.
Do not forcibly peel off or scratch the film.
Using the FOMA terminal with the film removed may
cause a bodily injury when the display is damaged.

Electronic devices in some types of cars can be
affected by use of the FOMA terminal.
For safety's sake, do not use the FOMA terminal in
such cars.
