◆ Koe-no-Takuhaibin
Koe-no-Takuhaibin is a service using phone to send a
message to other party. You can record or play messages
without calling a party.

Basic flow of the Koe-no-Takuhaibin
Step 1 : Specify a party from Koe-no-Takuhaibin and
record a message
Step 2 : Recording notification message (SMS) is sent to
the party
Step 3 : The party plays the message
Step 4 : Playing notification message is received

Koe-no-Takuhaibin notification SMS
Koe-no-Takuhaibin notifies via SMS when a new message
is recorded or your message is played back by the other
party.

A playing notification message (SMS) is sent only when
the party plays a message for the first time, even if the
party plays the message several times.
If you do not want to notify the other party when you
play a message, deactivate play notification. Play
notification is set to on by default.

Koe-no-Takuhaibin service is available for terminals not
compatible SMS, but notification SMS that informs
recording or playing messages cannot be received.

Communication fees are applied for recording and
playing a message.
･
The Koe-no-Takuhaibin service is not available overseas.
Only recording messages is available while international
roaming.

Recording messages
Enter a phone number or select a party to call the Koe-no-
Takuhaibin service center and record a message following
voice prompts.

From the Applications menu, [Phone]

Takuhaibin]
Call from Phonebook : [Phonebook] → Select a party (1
sec. or more) → [Koe-no-Takuhaibin] → [Record Koe-
no-Takuhaibin]
Call from Recent calls : [Recent calls]

Select a party
→ [Record Koe-no-Takuhaibin]

INFORMATION

You can record Koe-no-Takuhaibin message even if you
call with your caller ID hidden, but if the party sets Caller
ID Display Request Service, you cannot record a
message. And Anonymous appears on a notification
SMS.
･
If the caller's phone number is registered in the Nuisance
Call Blocking Service, a message cannot be recorded.
