■ Phonebook list sub-menus
In the Phonebook list, press
m
to delete or import/
export phonebook entries ( → P66), synchronize data with
server, send all data via infrared communication, change
display order of entries, etc.

Adding entries to Phonebook

In the Phonebook list screen, [Register] →
Select an account if necessary
→
Set
required items → [Save]

Registering to Phonebook from a
history

Select a party from the history screen
→
[Add to phonebook]

Select an account if required.

[Register new]
→
Set each item
→
[Save]

To add information to already registered
phonebook entry, select the name of phonebook
entry you want to add.

Editing phonebook entry

In the Phonebook list screen, select an entry
you want to edit (1 sec. or more)
→
[Edit]
→
Enter items to edit → [Save]
◆ Deleting phonebook entry

In the Phonebook list screen, select an entry
you want to delete (1 sec. or more)
→
[Delete]
→
[OK]

In the Phonebook list screen,
m
→
Tap [Delete]
to select and delete entries you want to delete. Tap
[Select all] to delete all phonebook entries.
◆ Searching a phonebook entry
You can search phonebook entry by Japanese syllabary
(when
言語選択
(Select locale) is set to
日本語
(Japanese)
in Language & Text input).

Tap the index bar display area
Letters in the first row of the character lines of
Japanese syllabary, " あ、か、さ
…
(a, ka, sa
…
)" are
displayed.

Touch a first letter of the character line
including the letter you want to search
→
Select the letter you want to search from
the second line by sliding
→ Select the name
by sliding

The phonebook entries are displayed with the
selected entry at the top of the screen.
･
The first 2 letters of the names of entries
corresponding to the selected index are displayed
in the third line.

Setting phonebook to display
You can set to show only phonebook entries that have
phone numbers, or to show or hide phonebook entries that
are included in specified accounts or groups of Google
accounts.
