◆ Connecting with registered
Bluetooth devices
Connect Bluetooth device. You can talk or play back
sounds or music using a Bluetooth device, or exchange
data to or from a Bluetooth device.
･
Set a Bluetooth device to connection stand-by mode in
advance.
･
When connected, appears on the status bar.

From the Home screen,

→ [Settings]
→
[Wireless & networks]

Mark [Bluetooth] → [Bluetooth settings] →
[Scan for devices]

Tap a Bluetooth detected → Enter a pass
code (PIN) if necessary, [OK]/[Pair]

When connection is requested from another
Bluetooth device
If a Bluetooth pair setting request screen appears, enter a
pass code (PIN) if necessary and tap [OK], or tap [Pair].

Touch and hold a Bluetooth device paired from Bluetooth
settings for 1 second or more
→
Tap [Options
…
] to select
a connection type.

If the terminal is not detected from the Bluetooth device,
mark [Discoverable] in Bluetooth settings. Unmark to
cancel detectable status.
◆ Sending or receiving data to or from
Bluetooth device
You can send data such as Gallery ( → P114) and
phonebook data or receive data from a Bluetooth device.
<Example> Sending files in Gallery

Open Gallery to select an image (1 sec. or
more)

[Share] → [Bluetooth]

When Bluetooth function is OFF, tap [Turn on] on
the confirmation screen.

Tap a Bluetooth device
Open the Notification panel to check if transmission is
completed.

To newly detect a Bluetooth device, tap [Scan for
devices].
<Example> Receiving files from a Blutooth device

Send files from a Bluetooth device
･
If the terminal is not detected from the Blutooth
device, mark [Discoverable] in Bluetooth settings.

After file arrival is notified, open the
Notification panel
→
[Bluetooth share:
Incoming file] → [Accept]
A received file can be checked from the transfer
confirmation screen.
◆ Canceling connection with a
Bluetooth device

From the Home screen,

→ [Settings]
→
[Wireless & networks]
→
[Bluetooth
settings]

Touch Bluetooth device (1 sec. or more) →
[Disconnect]/[Disconnect & unpair]
･
Connection may be canceled by tapping the
Bluetooth device and then tapping [OK] on the
disconnection screen.
