11.2 Calibration of Turbidimetric Tests
The left column of the calibration screen contains the concentration va-
lues in µgFEU / ml, while the right column contains the ΔOD values. The

se values of the calibration curve are defined by Diagon or can be recor
-
ded by measuring specific calibrators.
11.3 Calibration of Chromogenic Tests
The left column of the calibration screen contains the percentage values,
the right column contains the OD / min values. These values of the calib-
ration curve can be recorded by measuring specific calibrators.
11.4 Producing a Dilution Series
The reagent manufacturer may provide the data of the calibration curves
specific to the device. If it is not available, the dilution series needed for
determining the points must be produced by the user from normal plas-
ma. The coagulation time of the elements of the line must be measured
one by one and entered in the menu mentioned above. The reagent ma-
nufacturers distribute the buffer solutions needed for producing dilutions.
