Digital I/O Connector
Digital I/O Connector (daughter board)
The Digital I/O connector provides 16 digital inputs or outputs to enable monitor and control
of the state of the connected external devices. You can use the provided HW Utility to config-
ure a port to be either input or output. Please refer to Chapter 8 for more information.

LAN Ports (daughter board)
LAN3 to LAN6 can be normal Gigabit ports or PoE (Power over Ethernet) ports. With PoE
(Power over Ethernet) support, the ports carry power to connected devices without the need
for individual power supplies. Each port delivers up to 15.4 Watts of power to the connected
devices that comply with IEEE 802.3af, for example, access points and VoIP phones.
Driver Installation
Install the LAN driver. Refer to Chapter 8 for more information.
