Cooling Fan Connectors

The fan connectors are used to connect cooling fans. 

BIOS Setting

The Super IO menu (“PC Health Status” submenu) of the BIOS will display the current speed 
of the cooling fans. Refer to Chapter 7 for more information.

Digital I/O Connector (mainboard)

The Digital I/O connector provides 8 digital input or output port to enable monitor and control 
of the states of the connected external devices. Note that the HW Utility can only configure 
the external DIO ports. Please see “Digital I/O Connector (daughter board)” in this chapter.
