Device Information
Boot Sequence
Specifies the list of devices, in which the system checks for an operating system to install in the
sequence of the listed devices. You can modify the sequence, if necessary. The available devices
are:
•
Diskette Drive
•
USB Storage Device
•
CD/DVD/CD-RW Drive
•
Onboard NIC
•
Internal hard drive(s)
NOTE:
The Diskette Drive option refers to the USB floppy drive.
Boot List Options
Specifies the boot options. The available options are:
•
Legacy
•
UEFI
Advanced Boot Options
Allows you to Enable Legacy Option ROMs. The available options are:
•
Enable Legacy Option ROMs
•
Enable Attempt Legacy Boot
By default, the
Enable Legacy Option ROMs
option is enabled.
Date/Time
Allows you to set the date and time on the system. The changes to the system date and time takes
effect immediately.

Serial Port
Identifies and defines the serial port settings. You can set the serial port to:

NOTE:
The operating system may allocate resources even if the Serial port setting is
disabled.
By default, the
COM1
option is selected.
SATA Operation
Allows you to configure the internal SATA hard-drive controller. The available options are:
