Limited Warranty for Daimer KLEENJET® PRO PLUS 300CS
THE WARRANTY IS VOID:
for products damaged from accident, abuse, misuse or improper operation,
alteration, damage caused by fire or act of God, or the use of voltages other than those indicated on the unit.
THE WARRANTY IS VOID:
if the product has been used with other substances in the water tank other
than clean tap water.
THE WARRANTY IS VOID:
if anyone except those authorized to perform such work has repaired/
opened/dismantled the system.
Certain parts of the equipment are not covered by the Warranty because they require replacement in the
course of use due to normal wear by reasons of their characteristics. These items include such parts as
cords, hoses, switches, rods, brushes and other accessories.
The manufacturer will not be held liable for any consequential or incidental damages (including personal
injury, property damage or monetary loss), that may occur in connection with your purchase, use or liability
to use the product. Maximum liability, in any event, shall not exceed the purchase price of the product paid
by the original purchaser.
ALL EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES FOR THIS PRODUCT, INCLUDING IMPLIED
WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE
LIMITED IN DURATION Of THE WARRANTY PERIOD, AND NO WARRANTIES, WHETHER
EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, WILL APPLY AFTER THIS PERIOD. WARRANTIES ARE NOT
TRANSFERABLE.
Some states do not allow limitations on the duration of implied warranties, or the exclusion or limitation of
incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This
warranty gives you specific rights that may vary from state to state.
