Limited Warranty for Daimer KLEENJET® PRO PLUS 300CS
All sales are final, but Daimer Industries, Inc.
KLEENJET® Steamers
, excluding accessories are
warranted to the original consumer, that they shall be free from defects in manufacturing and materials,
under normal and reasonable use for a period of one year (parts and labor) on the unit, three years on the
unit (parts), and to lifetime on the boiler structure from the date of purchase of a new
KLEENJET®
system.
The sole and exclusive remedy under this warranty is repair or replacement, as manufacturer’s option of any
product that proves to be defective in manufacture or materials with the above stated warranty.
THE FOLLOWING PROCEDURES MUST BE FOLLOWED TO OBTAIN PERFORMANCE OF
THE LIMITED WARRANTY:
If the product needs repair,
the owner must first contact Daimer Industries and will be provided with a
Return Authorization (RA) number and shipment address
. DAIMER INDUSTRIES WILL NOT
ACCEPT PRODUCTS WITHOUT AN RA NUMBER.
Any
KLEENJET® Steamer
returned for repair must be properly packed in its original shipping container,
or a double box replacement if the original shipping box is not available. An explanation of the problem
along with proof of purchase (copy of invoice), must be submitted with return of the product. It is the
owner’s responsibility to pay for shipping the product back. The RA number must be clearly marked on the
package. The owner may want to insure the shipment against possible loss or damage in transit as Daimer
Industries will not be responsible for items lost or damaged in shipping.
Daimer Industries, Inc. does not authorize any party to assume any other warranty obligation with the sale of
this product.
