KLEENJET® PROPLUS 300CS Parts Description
Please Note
: For your convenience when various parts are mentioned through out the
owner’s manual, they will be denoted with their corresponding number for easy reference
to the parts description and diagram.
1.
Cap for Water Tank (refill chamber)-
Twist off cap and pour clean tap or distilled
water into machine. Do not let water overflow. Do not place anything but clean
water into the water tank.
2A. Main Power Switch-
After machine is plugged in, press the main power switch to
power the system. Press the button in the down position. The LED on the button
should light up when the button is engaged.

Boiler Switch-
Powers the boiler which is responsible for producing steam. Press
the button in the down position to power the unit. The LED on the button should
light up when the button is engaged.

Low Water Indicator-
Lets user know when the water is running low in the unit. A
red light will glow when the water is low indicating more water must be added to the
system. See page 17 for instructions on how to add more water to the system.
5.
Ready Steam Indicator (green light)-
Lets user know when water is hot enough to
produce steam. When the indicator is on, the machine is ready to use. This light will
go on and off as you clean and stop. This is normal.

Pressure Gauge-
Indicates the water pressure level inside the unit.

Steam Outlet & Electric Contacts-
Place hose into socket before using the
machine. Make sure the Steam Plug and Electric Contacts (12) connection clicks
into place before using.

Boiler Drain Cap-
After using the system, remove bottom drain cap, and empty out
excess water. Do not open this when the machine is on or when the water is hot.
Wait until the water has cooled down. The cap is also opened after the boiler cleaning
procedure.
9.
Power Cord with Plug -
Plug power cable into a grounded 110 volt electrical outlet
to power machine. Make sure the power cable is not damaged before using.
20. Steam Hose-
Connects base unit to brushes, extension rods, and accessories, and
allows steam to escape from system.
21. Steam Command Switch-
While depressed, this button releases the steam from the
base unit through the hose.
