Streamer Unit

If the streamer lamp blinks (if stains are an issue, they can be removed even if the streamer lamp is not
blinking.)
Note
If the unit is operated without the streamer unit attached,
there is no problem in terms of safety, but the performance
will deteriorate.
Attach the streamer unit before use.
CAUTION
Do not wipe the needles forcefully. (Deformation/
damage of the needles and reduced performance
may result)
• If there is dirt on the needle, soak a soft object such
as a cotton bud in water or kitchen-use neutral
detergent and wipe off the dirt

Rinse with water and dry in the shade in a
well-ventilated area. (About 1 day)
• If detergent remains, the streamer lamp may blink
even after cleaning, so rinse thoroughly with water.
• The plastic parts may suffer discolouration or
deformation if exposed to direct sunlight.
• If even a small amount of water remains, the
streamer lamp may blink even after cleaning, so dry
well in the shade.

Soak in lukewarm or room temperature water.
(About 1 hour)
• Carry out this procedure in a place where splashing
water will not cause trouble, such as a bathroom or
kitchen sink.
• If dirt buildup is severe, leave the part soaking in
lukewarm or room temperature water mixed with
kitchen-use neutral detergent.
• Observe the quantities indicated in the directions/
warnings on the kitchen-use neutral detergent when
using detergent.
5.
Remove dirt with a cloth, soft brush or cotton
bud.
CAUTION
When wiping or scrubbing, use
rubber gloves
.
(Your hands may be cut by metal parts or the
streamer unit needle)
• Carry out this procedure after soaking and before drying.
• Make sure that no fuzz or fibres from the cloth remain.
(Malfunction may result)
• Do not use powder detergent or alkaline or acidic
detergent. Do not scrub with a hard scrubbing brush.
(Deformation, damage, and rusting of metal parts may result)
• Do not remove the screws. (Malfunction may result)
• Use a cotton bud or a soft cloth to clean the inner
plastic and metal parts.
