Sensor cleaning procedure by Yunisol H

SAFETY AND HANDLING

) This cleaning method will be applied to oil mist sensor on the 2or4 cycle engine with heavy contamination
of lubricant oil

) The cleaning agent is used with the stock solution. Please note that the effect decreases when diluting it
with the washing oil and water.
Ｃ
)Prohibit fire strictly. Wear protective glove, protective glasses and protective mask.
After handling, wash well hands and face and rinse your mouth.
Do not put it on eyes, skins, and clothes. Do not eat, drink or smoke during work.
Do not breathe in dispersed steam (dust). Use only in the adequate ventilation if it contacts
with eyes, should be wash with fresh water immediately, and get medical care if necessary.

)In total time for sensor cleaning , please do it with less than three minutes. Dipping time to
"Yunisol H" is less than one minute. Time for cleaning in bottle is less than one minute.
Do not keep on having soaked sensor in "Yunisol H" for a long time.
Do not the sensor cleaning more than three times.
After washing, a rinse is necessary by all means.
The item mentioned above causes the sensor trouble;, please carry it out by all means.

２．
Procedure of the sensor cleaning
※
Please never break down the probe of sensor.
１）
Prepare for the following article
①
Use rubber glove
②
Container for the sensor cleaning;
Bottle with more than 250mL of capacity.(two pieces)
③
Yunisol H (Transparent Liquid)200mL/sensor.
④
Fresh water for sensor rinses200mL/sensor.
⑤
Syringe or dropper for Yunisol H
２）
Use only in the adequate ventilation.
３）
Make a sensor the state of the photograph.
４）
Inject cleaning liquid ( undiluted solution ) of
approximately 2mL with a spuit from an opening of
hood of the sensor for the cleaning of the sensor lens
．
※
Do not spill cleaning liquid.
５）
After dropping cleaning liquid, leave for only one minute.
※
Dipping time to cleaning liquid is less than one minute.
Do not dip it into the cleaning liquid for a long time.
６）
Slanting the vessel like photo, soak the probe in a way to
release air in the probe, shake the probe right and left
about less than 30 seconds.
※
Same as the work of past cleaning agent (SC-1000 ).
※
When a sensor is dirty, the transparent " Yunisol H "
become black in an instant.
※
Change it for a new " Yunisol H ", and, clean it epeatedly.
But, Do not this work more than twice.
７）
Wipe off a dirt and the cleaner which attached to a
sensor with tender cloth neatly.
８）
Rinse out a dirt and "Yunisol H" which attached with
water neatly.
※
Rinse it out so that "Yunisol H" is not left in the
sensor inside.
９）
For drying, do an air blow for the inside from the probe
hole.After drying or air blow, leave the sensor like photo
for approx.30 minutes for the liquid to flow out.

Just install it in the engine and use it again.
A dirt stands out an instant.
