Clicking the radio button for this entry will save both the current switch configuration 
and the current log file to NV-RAM. 

Once the Switch configuration settings have been saved to NV-RAM, they become the default settings for the Switch, and 
one of the following three windows will appear depending on which option you choose in the 

Save Settings

 window.

These settings will be used every time the Switch is rebooted. See the Reset section for more information on changing 
configurations saved to NV-Ram.

function has several options when resetting the Switch. Some of the current configuration parameters can be 

retained while resetting all other configuration parameters to their factory defaults.
