Administrator Access
Administrator level access is used to perform advanced troubleshooting. This can be necessary if both
the Hub password and the answer to the security question have been forgotten. Have the Hub available
and contact your CustomerCare ServiceCenter for assistance.

The ProGuardian App
(optional mobile device application)
This is an optionalfeature of the System that is not needed for standard seizure monitoring.
The ProGuardian App is free software that connects the ProGuardian System with an Androidmobile
device. This extends the operating range of the ProGuardian System by allowing a user to remotely
receiveseizure and system notifications from the Hub, while connected to a home Wi-Fi Network.
To use this optional feature, you need:
A secure home Wi-Fi network (No internet connection required)
An Android mobile device* with the ProGuardian App successfully installed
* To use the ProGuardian App your mobile device must have:

Android operating system 2.3.x or 4.2.x
o
Minimum 480x800pixel resolution
Note:
Internet connection is only required for downloadingthe ProGuardian App. However,
having internet enabled on your home Wi-Fi network will improve the speed of the Hub searching
for available mobile device(s).
