Follow the instructions in the table below to resolve issues with your system:

Hub Notifications and Error Messages
Hub displays: Sensor Communication
Try the following, in the suggested order until
resolved:
1)
Move the Sensor-wearer closer to the Hub.
Wait 30 seconds and re-check connectivity.
2)
Press Off on the Sensor icon and wait 30
seconds. If Sensor icon remains grayed-out,
perform Sensor reset,and wait another 30
seconds to check connectivity.
3)
Press Off on the Sensor icon, replace the Patch,
and retry setup.
Hub displays: ProGuardian App Communication
Try the following, in the suggested order until
resolved:
1)
Return the mobile device to the Wi-Fi Network
range
2)
Check that the ProGuardian App was
downloaded onto the mobile device and is open
3)
Check that the mobile device and Hub are both
connected to the same Wi-Fi network
4)
Run the ProGuardian App setup wizard under
the Help menuon the Hub
