3.29.3 Ping6
This Ping function is for ICMPv6 packets.
IP Address:
Enter the IP address that you wish to ping.
Ping Length:
The size or length of echo packets.
Ping Count:
The number of echo packets will be sent.
Ping Interval:
The time interval between each ping request.
Egress Interface:
The VLAN ID of the specific egress IPv6 interface which ICMP packet goes. The given VID ranges from
1 to 4094 and will be effective only when the corresponding IPv6 interface is valid. When the egress interface is not
given, Ping6 finds the best match interface for destination. Please note that do not specify egress interface for
loopback address. Do specify egress interface for link-local or multicast address.
3.29.4 VeriPHY
This page is used for running the VeriPHY™ Cable Diagnostics for 10/100 and 1G copper ports. Select which ports to
run, or all. Click "Start".
This will take approximately 5 seconds per port. If all ports are selected, this can take approximately 15 seconds.
When completed, the page refreshes automatically, and you can view the cable diagnostics results in the cable status
table. Note that VeriPHY is only accurate for cables of length 7 - 140 meters.
Port:
Port number.
Pair:
The status of the cable pair.
OK:
Correctly terminated pair
