Diagnostic information for Technical Service Support use.
To fast track
troubleshooting issues with our technicians, before emailing or calling our
Technical Service Department, please take a picture of the diagnostic screen
and include it in your email. If you are calling, please have this information ready
to relay to our technician.
In the Sensor Configuration Menu (passcode 3032) press either ARROW key to
scroll through the menu and select the gas channel for which you want to see
the diagnostic information. Press ENTER and then the UP ARROW key to see
this diagnostics screen.
ADC
The current Analog to Digital Count number
Reading
The final gas reading after all filters
N
The new sensitivity in ADC per unit of the Reading (ie. 26 ADC/PPM)
O
The original sensitivity in ADC per unit of the Reading (ie. 8 ADC/
PPM)
Zero ADC The ADC used at Zero calibration
Span ADC The ADC used at Span calibration
Zero
The gas reading at Zero (in the same units as the Reading)
Span
The gas reading at Span (in the same units as the Reading)
