In general, before calling technical assistance, switch the unit off and

CAUTION!
If the operator was not able to repair the anomaly, switch
the machine off and contact the manufacturer or the
authorised technical assistance with the details of the unit as dis

played on the unit plate.

9. Disposal
At the end of the working life cycle of this product, its metal
components must be given to operators authorised in the
collection of metal materials for recycling, while all non metal
components must be given to operators authorised for their
separate disposal.
Products must be managed, if disposed of by the final client, as similar
urban waste and therefore respecting town laws in the town where they
are located. They must never however be managed as household waste.
FAULT
POSSIBLE CAUSES

The circulator
does not turn on
• There is no power
• The main circuit switch is on
• Power connection is absent or slow and it does not
connect.
• Intake and return of the primary circuit connections to the
exchange module are inverted
• The flow switch is fitted backwards (the arrow is facing
the opposite direction of the primary circuit flow).
• Check that the power supply is on and that the electric
connection is connected properly
• Check that the intake and return connection of the primary
exchange module is connected properly, if not, invert it
• Check that the flow switch is fitted correctly with the arrow
in the direction of the primary circuit flow, if not, invert it.
Water in the tank
does not heat up
• The circulator does not work
• The primary circuit does not reach temperature
• The temperature corresponding to the value set on the
thermostatic mixing valve is either above or too close to
the primary circuit intake temperature
-• Check the functioning state of the circulator, and if it is
malfunctioning, carry out the above checks
• Check the primary and secondary circuit temperature and
lower the value set on the thermostatic mixing valve.
The circulator operates
without ever stopping
• There is continuous flow in the primary circuit
• The flow switch is stuck
• The circulator is broken
• The temperature corresponding to the value set on the
thermostatic mixing valve is either above or too close to
the primary circuit intake temperature
• Check the operational logic of the generator. NB: If the
circulator on the primary circuit stays on, the circulator
on the exchange module should also stay on but the
thermostatic mixing valve prevents the heat exchange
from cooling the inside of the tank.
• Check the status of the flow switch and the circulator
• Check the primary and secondary circuit temperature and
lower the value set on the thermostatic mixing valve
The heating element
does not turn on
• It is not needed
• Power connection is absent or slow and it does not
connect
• Check the logic and control programming of the heating
element.
• Check that the power supply is on and that the electric
connection is connected properly
