Open Settings

From the "parameter setting" page, click the [Open Setting] to open its configuration page.

Add the Open Setting as shown below.
Open Setting can be added up to 16 ports.
There might be a time when a communication error occurs due to a network failure on PLC
communication, and the M2M Gateway attempts to reconnect, but the PLC cannot identify the error.
For this case, using a ladder program can solve the problem. However, if such a program is
unavailable, resetting the PLC might be necessary to reconnect the communication.
To avoid resetting the PLC, performing the same Open Setting several times as listed below might
help the problem.
PLC Writing and Resetting
When completing the network setting, write parameter information, then reset PLC.
If IP address of PLC does not change even after resetting, you may need to power off the PLC, then
power it on again.
Set the "Protocol", "Open System", and "Host
Station Port No." as shown in the example
settings.
* As for the Port number, select the "DEC" and enter
the number. The decimal is used for M2M Gateway
setting.
