8.2
Pump-out
When it rains, the excess water from the riding surface is channelled back into the equalisation
shaft via the drainage pipes. If the set setpoint value and the pump-out hysteresis are
exceeded, the control system switches on the pump installed in the shaft. Excess water is now
pumped out until the setpoint level has been reached again. If the fill level falls below the
setpoint level, the pump in the equalisation shaft is switched off.
