Dialling timeout (“block dialling”)

channel is dialled manually or direct outward dialling is used – “block dialling”).

By means of a configuration via CCT 800, it is possible to adapt this timeout to individual require-

Dynamic call transfer
By means of the Intercom function “executive-secretary transfer chain” it is possible to configure a
form of a “bundle function” for outgoing phone calls. This means, a “bundle” of channels are assigned
to an IAX trunk, even across multiple cards. Therefore, the channels are allocated dynamically:
Several channels have to be configured as subscribers of a call transfer chain.
If a channel of the call transfer chain is called that is already busy, the call will be automatically trans-
ferred to the next idle channel of the chain.
In case the last channel of the transfer chain is busy too, it is possible to start the transfer of the call
along the configured transfer chain again (configuration of a timeout via CCT 800 required,
).
