Phone call by dialling channel manually
For initiate a phone call by dialling the respective channel manually, no particular configuration is
required (at the Intercom station, the call number of the channel and the VoIP phone has to be di-
alled).
It is possible to configure “direct diallings” for the several channels of the Gx-IAX card (at
Subscriber > Direct Dialling
, see manual “
PRO 800 Basic
”).
Phone call by direct outward dialling
Subscriber > Attendant contacts
Right click on the desired channel of the Gx-IAX card and select
Add attendant contacts
.
Select the respective channel.
Right click on the grey, blank CCT 800 background to the right and select
Add output
(this output
is required as dummy contact).
Subscriber > Attendant contacts > station number >

PA-Numbers
Click on
Configure PA
and enter the up to 4-digit call numbers in the appearing dialogue (max. 41
entries per output contact).
Accept each entered number by clicking on
Add
.
Enter “Wildcards” with “*” (also max. 4-digit, e.g. “4***” or “63**”).
If all required numbers are entered, click on
Accept
.
The entered numbers are indicated in the field

Dialling timeout [s]
, enter a dialling timeout for each channel in steps of 0.1 seconds
(e.g. “2.6” or “1.2”) after which the respective “Block Dialling” at the Intercom station is carried out.
