Overview and example
The schematic illustration below shows an example with the following specifications:
Three Gx-IAX cards – each registered at the VoIP server with a separate “user account”, i.e. with a
separate user name and password:
Card A: user account A (user name & password A)
Card B: user account B (user name & password B)
Card C: user account C (user name & password C)
For each user account (for each Gx-IAX card), a separate dial prefix is defined (e.g. “20”, “21 and
“22”).
Schematic example illustration
By means of the corresponding dial prefix, it is possible to initiate a call from a VoIP phone to each
Gx-IAX card:
Call to card A
by using prefix “20”
Call to card B: by using prefix “21”
Call to card C
by using prefix “22”
