Configuration CCT 800 – audio streaming
Define channels as recorders
Subscriber > Speech recording > Audio channel - allocation
Audio channel allocation via CCT 800
Right click on the desired channel of the Gx-IAX card and select
Add Audio channel - allocation
in order to activate the recorder function for this channel.
In the drop-down list
In parallel to...
, select the channel as master recorder or switch the channel
in parallel to a master recorder. There are two ways to do this:
Define channel as master recorder: Select the same channel.
Switching channel in parallel to master recorder: Select the respective master recorder.
In the drop-down list
Attendant contact
, select, if desired, an output contact, which is closed during
recording.
Configure mode for recorder
Interfaces > IAX > Telephone functions > Call number channel
Activate the radio button
Auto Dialler Mode

In the 1st line of the column

, enter the respective “dial number” as “call number” for
the activation of speech recording on the VoIP server.
ATTENTION: Recorder availability
It is also required to enter a value in the field
Sequences
(e.g. “19”) – otherwise the recorder function
is not available.
