To ensure that work is carried out in the best safety conditions with
endothermic engine versions, proceed as follows:
1. Make sure the solution tank is empty. If this is not the case,
empty it (read " DRAINING THE SOLUTION TANK ").
2. Make sure the recovery tank is empty. If this is not the case,
empty it (read " DRAINING THE RECOVERY TANK ").
3. Shift the direction lever (1) to “idle”, moving it in the direction
shown by the arrow ( Fig.1 ).
4. Engage the parking brake by moving the parking brake lever (2)
(at the side of the operator seat) in the direction shown by the
arrow ( Fig.2 ).
ATTENTION: the indicator light (3) relating to the engaged
parking brake will be activated on the control panel ( Fig.3 ).
5. Bring the main switch (4) to "0", turning the key (5) a quarter turn
to the right ( Fig.4 ). Remove the key from the instrument panel.
6. Get off the machine.
ATTENTION: do not position your foot above the brush head
while the machine is coming down the ramp.
7. Grip the handle (6) ( Fig.5 ) and raise the seat mounting plate to
the maintenance position ( Fig.6 ).
8. Disconnect the battery connector (7) from the main system
connector (8) of the machine ( Fig.7 ).
9. Grip the handle (6) and lower the seat mounting plate to the
working position ( Fig.8 ).
6. Get off the machine.
ATTENTION: do not position your foot above the brush head
while the machine is coming down the ramp.
7. Grip the handle (6) ( Fig.5 ) and raise the seat mounting plate to
the maintenance position ( Fig.6 ).
8. Close the fuel tap (7) by moving the lever (8) in the direction
shown by the arrow ( Fig.7 ).
9. Grip the handle (6) and lower the seat mounting plate to the
working position.
10. If the machine is a bi-fuel version, tighten the tap (9) in the
cylinder ( Fig.8 ) by following the indications on it.
