9. Connect the alternator connector (5) to the general system
connector (6) of the machine (

).
10. Make sure the fuel tap (7) is closed. If it isn't, move the lever (8)
in the direction shown by the arrow (
Fig.6
).
11. Grip the handle (4) and lower the seat mounting plate to the
working position (
Fig.7
).
12. For safety reasons, the machine is shipped with the gasoline
tank empty so you will need to fill it (read “
”).
13. Grip the handle (4) at the side of the seat (
Fig.3
), and raise the
seat mounting plate to the maintenance position (
Fig.4
).
14. Open the fuel tap (7) by moving the lever (8) in the direction
shown by the arrow (

).
15. Grip the handle (4) and lower the seat mounting plate to the
working position (
Fig.7
).
16. Sit on the driver’s seat.
ATTENTION:
when it is running, the endothermic engine
produces carbon monoxide which is a toxic gas. Don't switch
the engine on in closed places.
17. Bring the command lever for the endothermic engine (9) rpm to
about 1/3 of its stroke - shift the lever in the direction shown by
the arrow (
Fig.9
).
18. Moving the fuel selector command lever (10) in the direction
shown by the arrow to select “GASOLINE” (
Fig.10
).
19. Insert the key (2) in the main switch (1) on the control panel.
Bring the main switch (1) to "I", turning the key a quarter turn to
the right (
Fig.11
).
ATTENTION:
wait a few seconds before turning the key to
“START” (again to the right), and hold it until the engine starts
up. you can now release the key.
ATTENTION:
do not use the starter for more than 5 seconds
at a time. If the engine does not start up, release the key and
wait for 10 seconds before making a new attempt. If the
electric starter is used for more than 5 seconds at a time, it
overheats and may become damaged.
ATTENTION:
to cold-start the engine, bring the air command
lever (11) to “CLOSED”, moving it in the direction shown by
the arrow (
Fig.12
).
20. When the engine starts up, release the engine switch and let it
return to ON.
21. Bring the command lever for the endothermic engine (9) rpm to
its maximum - gradually shift the lever in the direction shown by
the arrow (
Fig.13
).
ATTENTION:
if the air command lever (11) was used to
cold-start the engine, gradually move it in the direction
shown by the arrow until it reaches the “OPEN” position
(
Fig.14
).
22. Use the i-drive command knob (12) (
Fig.15
) to select the
“transfer” program (A) (
Fig.16
).
ATTENTION:
in this way, both the brush head and the
squeegee support will move to their idle position (raised
above the pallet).
